It’s very hot, so be careful! This was my first time using it and I accidentally touched the iron.But it works well. My pants went from very wrinkled to much smoother. It’s quite beginner-friendly—just be careful not to touch the hot metal plate in the front.

This steamer comes packaged very nicely and includes a nice travel soft case. The manual doesn't really explain all the setting/steps on how to use this device (mainly the buttons), but it was fairly easy to figure out. We used it on one of my wife's sweaters and it did a really good job steaming out the wrinkles. It can also be used as a small iron as well. The long cord length is nice to have since you are usually far from an outlet when using this. If you are doing several items you may need to refill the water (distilled) tank because it is rather small.One note: Make sure you let the steamer cool off before storing it (especially in the soft case), because it stays hot for quite some time after using.This is a handy portable steamer/iron for quick jobs and works pretty well.
